Who You Are:
A proven canvassing leader with 5+ years of door-to-door experience (team leadership a plus, but not required)


You’ve knocked thousands of doors and know how to build rapport in 60 seconds or less


You thrive under pressure, own your results, and take full accountability for your team’s performance


You’ve trained and motivated others to crush goals — or you’re ready to


You’re competitive, gritty, and hyper-driven to win


You want more than a paycheck — you want to build a legacy



What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of door-to-door canvassers


Personally lead from the front — this is not a clipboard-in-the-office kind of role


Develop turf strategies and optimize lead gen performance by zip code


Coach team members on scripting, objection handling, and confidence-building


Hold daily huddles and performance reviews to drive accountability and celebrate wins


Track key metrics: leads generated, conversion ratios, appointment quality


Partner with our sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are high-quality and consistently flowing
