We’re on the hunt for experienced, high-energy Appointment Setters to join our internal Call Center team. These pros are more than just voices on the phone — they’re brand ambassadors, gatekeepers, and conversation starters who fuel our Outside Sales machine.

This is not your average call center job. This is for closers — for persuasive communicators who know how to build rapport fast, spark interest, and lock in high-quality appointments.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned phone professional with 5+ years of call center or phone sales experience
   
• You’ve set appointments, closed sales, and handled objections like a pro
   
• You’re upbeat, engaging, and confident on the phone — with a voice that sells
   
• You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
   
• You know how to take control of a conversation and guide a customer toward “yes”
   
• Tech-savvy with strong CRM and multi-tasking skills
   

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries from marketing campaigns, web forms, and call-ins
   
• Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads in our database
   
• Set appointments for our Outside Sales team using scripted frameworks and persuasive techniques
   
• Maintain detailed call notes, appointment statuses, and follow-up tasks using our CRM
   
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to ensure quality lead flow
   
• Deliver world-class first impressions that reflect the professionalism of the Champion Bath™ brand
