Job Title: Events Team Lead - Part-Time work for Full-Time Pay!

Location: Various Event & Show Locations, some office hours (Travel Required)

Job Summary:

Champion Bath™ is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Team Lead to represent our brand at trade shows, home expos, and local events. This part-time role is ideal for a charismatic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a passion for creating high-energy, results-driven experiences.

As the Events Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing event setup, leading a small team of brand ambassadors, engaging with potential customers, and generating qualified leads for our bathroom remodeling services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a small team of event staff at scheduled shows and expos

• Manage event setup and takedown, including Champion Bath™ displays and promotional materials

• Represent Champion Bath™ with professionalism and enthusiasm while educating potential customers about our services

• Oversee lead collection processes 

• Act as the point of contact on-site, troubleshooting any issues and communicating with headquarters as needed

• Track performance metrics and report event outcomes

• Support a fun, positive, and goal-oriented team culture

Requirements:

• Prior experience in event marketing, retail leadership, or sales is preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Confident public speaker and engaging personality

• Must be highly reliable and able to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 40 lbs)

• Maintains to reliable transportation & Drivers License
